Refund policy

We want to make sure you love your PCOS Formularies products. However, given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on every order. Please read our return and refund policy below carefully.

Unopened, sealed products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, PCOS Formularies requires return shipping to be paid by purchaser and original shipping charges will be  deducted from your refund.

For reasons not covered above and within the 30-day window, we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please note our products are designed to support metabolic systems and hormone levels -- that means there can be a transition period for your system to get used to support and changes from our products. Please reach out if you have questions about getting started with our products, we are glad to help. 

If your order does not arrive safely, please email us at hello@pcosformularies.com and we'll do our best to make it right. For orders lost or stolen in transit, we offer store credit or a replacement of the item after a customary waiting period to ensure your package was not temporarily mis-delivered. No refunds will be processed for orders that have confirmed delivery via carrier tracking.
